The Purpose of these guidelines is to ensure that ProsiebenSat.1 Media SE, as well as all companies and minority holdings associated with ProsiebenSat.1 Media SE under §§15ff of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) ("ProSiebenSat.1 Group") obtain programme, license and production materials that meet the highest technical standards and are of the best quality and are able to carry out an automated flow of materials.
